In partnership with my beloved business collaborator, Jess Caldwell of Wildkind Outdoors,
we are welcoming 12 women to join us at a jungle sanctuary in the upcountry of Makawao.
This is a time of renewal and creativity as we embrace the Beauty Way, nutritive self-care and the Mana of the Hawaiian Islands.
We will be nourished by local farm to table faire with a #foodislove experience that will be one of your favorite memories of the trip. Each day is deliciously designed to support the blossoming of deeper connection
to self, sisterhood, the wonderment of the island, and life itself.
We will explore our inner and outer worlds through meditation, sacred circle, ceremony and ritual, yoga,
alongside engaging the majesty of nature with ocean, beach, forest, sunshine and even the cosmos.
Learn presence practices, find levity in the laughter and sunshine, disrupt patterns and shapeshift your relationship with life.
Come feel the ALIVENESS at this transformational retreat.
We start the day with yoga followed by beach walks and time with the ocean.
Our activities in sisterhood include a whale watching adventure with an all woman Captain and crew, swimming in a waterfall oasis, ancient wisdom through celestial navigation, traditional lei making, Mana in motion through hula, a sacred tea ritual, ceremony in the epic beauty of the Iao Valley as well as a visit to the famous upcountry farmers market.
We have also invited local practitioners to elevate our experience with their unique offerings and Aloha spirit.
It will be a soul-shifting adventure full of spirit of life and wildly wondrous moments in celebration and sisterhood.
