Let's be real.  

Love is not a destination. 

It’s a living, breathing, ever-evolving devotional act…
with twists and turns, seasons and cycles, deaths and rebirths,
the sacred and the silly, the holy and the profane.  The sometimes awkward and awful.

And when it comes to relationship, most of us were never truly taught how to love well, ourselves included.
We learned to survive, to perform, to protect, to fawn, but not always how to communicate well, repair after rupture, or stay open through change.

We inherited patterns and stories, but rarely the tools for sincere intimacy, bold honesty, and expansive union.

Few of us were initiated into the art of ending well—of bringing grace and respect to closure when love changes form.

The truth is, most of us are feeling our way through it, a lil clumsy, a little blind, heart sailing in the wind, doing the best we can with what we’ve been given.  That’s why this work exists, to offer a meeting ground for love in all its forms: rooting, rekindled, reimagined, or released.  It’s an invitation to walk with compassion, humility, and courage wherever truth leads.

Here, we unlearn the ways we’ve gone numb, been misguided, or lost our way, and we remember the wisdom of the sacred, sensual current that runs beneath both conflict and comfort.  

Our exploration becomes the ache, the curiosity, the erotic intelligence that makes evolution irresistible instead of daunting.

I serve love and what brings people to life. I am here to help love find its way, 

and also to name when love's absence is asking for honesty.

I’m a trauma-informed somatic practitioner devoted to helping you reach the places words can’t, into the muscle memory where old stories still live, so that what’s stagnant can finally move and life-force and vitality can flow.

I’ve supported couples through reconciliation, recommitment, and intentional uncoupling alike. 

I speak directly and lovingly into what I see, the dynamics, the energetics, the illusions, and invite personal evolution, desire & vision to emerge.

I will celebrate with you, sit with you in the shadows, and name what needs naming with gentleness.
This work is about collective care.  About restoration of personal and unified power. 

About being a beaming human alive and well on this planet, thriving.
