I teach people and partners how to move beyond life’s densities and discord and live in right-relationship with self, source, and their relations.
I see you and welcome the technicolor rainbow of life events that have shaped the landscape of your reality and how you relate to the world.
As a trauma-informed Breath & Sound Somatic Practitioner, Ceremonialist, Death Doula, Mystic & Mentor, I spend my days working with individuals and couples to traverse into the heart of their lives to unearth and integrate aspects of self and their dynamics with others that are standing in the way of embodying their innate power, pleasure, and play so they may rediscover and claim ecstatic union with Self, Source, & Their Relations.
After completing my degree in Peace and Reconciliation Studies with the University of Maine,
I spent over a decade, loyally serving in the non-profit realm in social work, community engagement, and leadership training, focused on enhancing community and cultural systems to optimize collaborative care, resource, and impact within organizations.
Upon Life’s call, I opened my private practice in 2012.
I am a perpetual student of life and consistently expand my knowledge base and tools of support for you through annual trainings. I center the sacredness of you and life at the heart of all I do.
Over the last two decades, I have sat at the feet of many mentors and studied with several lineages from the Americas and Eastern Europe, but serve none in particular, instead hold space from the perspective of our shared humanity focused on serving with deep presence and devotion to the moment and its needs.
I am a devoted traveler of the Heartpath, and focus my attention on the collective care model, believing deeply that the work my clients experience in my care returns them to the Whole in a more productive and meaningful way that ripples through families, local communities, businesses, and our shared body of life.
